From Ranch to Bitcoin: A Missouri Story

Ryan’s political journey wasn’t typical. In 2022, he ran for county commissioner as a libertarian because no one else was challenging the incumbents. He saw it not as a power grab, but as a way to shine a light on local politics. He believes real change starts from the ground up, and even a “losing” campaign can make a difference. Meanwhile, his family’s ranch focuses on supporting local farmers and creating a self-sufficient, circular economy. For them, beef isn’t just food; it’s a symbol of independence.

The ranch regularly hosts breakfasts for Bitcoiners and newcomers. It’s a down-to-earth way to introduce people to Bitcoin, far from the sterile atmosphere of typical conferences.

The “And Bitcoin” Conference

On September 20th, the ranch will host the first “And Bitcoin” Conference. Think less corporate sponsorships and sterile convention centers, and more dirt, sweat, and home-cooked food.
