Coinbase Listing Roadmap
Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the US, has added Core (CORE) to its listing roadmap. This means that CORE may be listed for trading on the exchange in the future.
What is Core?
Core is a platform designed to complement Bitcoin’s scalability. It features a consensus mechanism called Satoshi Plus, non-custodial staking, and a wrapped version of Bitcoin.
Market Performance
CORE currently has a market capitalization of $1.96 billion. Crypto analyst Altcoin Sherpa believes it has potential in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Transparency and Front-Running
Coinbase created its listing roadmap to increase transparency and prevent investors from profiting from early knowledge of new trading support.
Current Price
At the time of writing, CORE is trading at $2.23.
