Circle Makes Crypto Wallets Easier to Use

Circle, the company behind the USDC stablecoin, is making it easier for people to use crypto wallets. They’re adding a new feature that lets you log in using your email address or social media accounts like Facebook or X (formerly Twitter).

Simplifying Web3 Access

This new feature is designed to make crypto wallets more accessible to people who are used to the traditional internet (Web2). Circle’s CEO, Jeremy Allaire, says this is a big step towards making Web3, the decentralized internet, easier to use.

Social Logins for Crypto

The new feature lets you log in to crypto wallets using your existing social media accounts. This means you don’t have to create a new username and password, making the whole process much smoother.

USDC Still Leading

USDC is currently the most popular regulated stablecoin, according to market research firm Kaiko. This means it’s the most sought-after stablecoin that complies with regulations. However, unregulated stablecoins still make up the majority of the market. This could change soon because of new regulations in the European Union.
