Boulder County, Colorado is launching a new program to help families with young children. Called “Nurturing Futures,” the program will give direct cash assistance to 725 low-income families.
How It Works
The program will provide $300 per month to each qualifying family for two years. Families can use the money for anything they need, like food, rent, healthcare, or childcare.
Who Qualifies
To be eligible, families must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least one child under the age of four.
- Have a family income below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Applying and Starting Date
Applications are open until August 27th. The program is set to begin in October.

The goal of Nurturing Futures is to help families focus on their children’s needs by providing financial support. The program aims to improve the lives of families and invest in a brighter future for the Boulder County community.
