Bitcoin Could Hit New Highs Soon, Says Trader

Crypto expert Michaël van de Poppe thinks Bitcoin (BTC) is about to reach new record prices if it can break through a key resistance level.

Bitcoin’s “Final Resistance”

Van de Poppe told his 723,000 followers on social media that if Bitcoin climbs just 2.25% from its current price, it could hit a new all-time high by early September.

“Bitcoin is breaking out, and if it goes past the $62,000 resistance, we’re likely to see a new high in less than two weeks,” he said.

Ethereum’s Potential

Van de Poppe also believes that Ethereum (ETH) could be on the rise. He says that if Ethereum breaks through $2,700, it could trigger a surge in the broader altcoin market.

“Ethereum is looking strong, but it needs to keep climbing,” he said. “If it breaks $2,700, there’s nothing stopping it from reaching $3,100, which could be good news for other cryptocurrencies.”

Important Levels to Watch

Van de Poppe is staying optimistic about Ethereum as long as it holds above $2,500. He believes that if Ethereum keeps its momentum and breaks through $2,700, it could reach $3,150.
