Venture capitalist Dan Tapiero believes Bitcoin (BTC) could reach a staggering $200,000 by 2025. He shared this prediction on X, citing several key factors.
Tapiero’s Prediction
Tapiero, founder of 10T Holdings, points to the US government’s tightening fiscal policy as the main catalyst. He argues that the Federal Reserve’s focus on inflation and high interest rates are misguided, especially considering China’s deflationary pressures. He summarized his view: “Danger in China… Fed concerns on inflation wrong. Interest rates still too high in the US and now fiscal policy will tighten, USD strengthen. Liquidity coming to drive… Bitcoin. $200,000 next year is doable.”
Crypto Market Cap Projections
Tapiero also predicts the total cryptocurrency market cap will hit $10 trillion during this cycle, a figure he initially projected back in 2019.
Another Bullish Prediction
Adding to the bullish sentiment, Robert Kiyosaki, a best-selling finance author, also forecasts a bright future for Bitcoin, suggesting it could even reach $350,000 by 2025. Kiyosaki highlighted Bitcoin’s design as allowing latecomers to profit, stating, “The beauty of Bitcoin’s design is that it is never too late to start, regardless of how high Bitcoin’s price goes. Bitcoin is designed to make everyone rich, even those who start late.”
Current Bitcoin Price
At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading around $97,082.
