A crypto analyst is reporting that some very wealthy investors—what are called “whales”—have recently bought a massive amount of XRP and Dogecoin.
XRP Whale Activity
According to the analyst, these whales purchased roughly one billion XRP in just 48 hours. With XRP trading around $2.54 at the time of the report, that’s a whopping $2.54 billion investment.
Dogecoin Doesn’t Get Left Out
The buying spree wasn’t limited to XRP. The analyst also noted that whales scooped up over 470 million Dogecoin in the same 48-hour period. At a price of $0.338 per DOGE, this adds up to approximately $158.86 million.
Total Investment and Predictions
In total, the whales’ purchases of XRP and DOGE amounted to about $2.7 billion. The analyst predicts that XRP’s price will significantly increase in February, possibly reaching $10, citing specific price points as potential entry points for investors.

Interestingly, the analyst also pointed out that overall investment in cryptocurrencies has decreased by 49% over the past month, dropping from $134 billion to $68 billion.
