Ethereum Could Hit $5,000 Soon, Says Crypto Analyst

A popular crypto analyst predicts a quick surge for Ethereum (ETH). They believe ETH could jump from its current price around $4,000 to $5,000 in just a few days.

Ethereum’s Predicted Price Surge

This prediction comes from a trader known as Inmortal, who shared their outlook with over 220,000 followers on X (formerly Twitter). Inmortal points out that ETH’s previous price increase from $3,000 to $4,000 took 27 days, suggesting a much faster rise to $5,000 is possible. Their analysis suggests a potential breakthrough of the $4,800 resistance level.

Currently, ETH is trading slightly below $4,000, significantly lower than its all-time high of nearly $4,850 reached in November 2021.

A Bullish Outlook on ETH and BTC

Inmortal also notes that the ETH/BTC pair (showing Ethereum’s value in Bitcoin) seems to have hit a bottom after a long downtrend, suggesting a bullish trend. They dismiss those bearish on ETH, comparing it to the negativity surrounding Solana in 2022.

Regarding Bitcoin (BTC), Inmortal believes the recent dip after hitting $100,000 was a minor correction, and that upward momentum should continue.
