The number of USDT users is growing quickly. Over the past four quarters, the user base has grown by an average of 9%. The third quarter of 2024 saw the biggest increase yet, with 36.25 million new users

Tether defines a “user” as someone who interacts with USDT on the blockchain or an entity on a centralized exchange. Since they can’t track users who only use USDT on centralized platforms, the real number of USDT users is likely even higher.
This milestone shows that USDT is becoming increasingly popular. It’s a sign that more and more people are using cryptocurrencies and stablecoins for everyday transactions.
